Our service offer works alongside our booking management purpose-built App, interfacing via your booking agent/s own booking systems. The App uses geo-location tracking at your property, so we always ensure our team are on site and meeting changeover deadlines and managed tasks. It also allows us to manage specific client task requirements which have to be acknowledged as completed by housekeepers.
Laundry, household consumables and welcome packs can be supplied or hired from us or maintained by the owner with on site supplies. Laundry is collected, hygienically laundered and redelivered to the property in time for the changeovers. We also offer guest on-call management, which includes oversight of property maintenance and liaison with contractors when issues arise or when regular maintenance is required.
Our aim is to ensure our properties obtain 5 star reviews working alongside owners to achieve and maintain this standard to maximise repeat bookings.
